Corset Wholesale Ltd, a factory-direct corset manufacturer operating since 2005, has announced the launch of Custom Design, a made-to-order manufacturing program created to make custom corset production more accessible to independent boutiques, retailers and fashion brands.
The new program allows approved wholesale buyers to create their own collections with a minimum order of just 20 pieces total when using Corset Wholesale Ltd's existing patterns.
Buyers begin by selecting from a library of more than 200 fabrics and prints, including brocade, satin, lace, mesh and taffeta, or by submitting their own print or pattern.
They can then choose from the company's existing range of corsets, corset dresses and waist-training styles, with the ability to mix styles and sizes within the same custom collection.
Rather than requiring 20 pieces of each individual style, the minimum applies across the collection, allowing smaller retailers to test different silhouettes, sizes and designs without committing to large quantities of a single product.
For projects based on a buyer-supplied pattern, the minimum order is 30 pieces.
Once a Custom Design request is submitted, the Corset Wholesale Ltd team reviews the specifications and provides a confirmed quotation before production begins. After the quotation is approved and payment is confirmed, custom orders are typically ready for dispatch within 7–10 working days.

Exclusive Limited-Edition Fabrics Planned
As part of the program's next phase, Corset Wholesale Ltd is preparing a rotating selection of exclusive limited-edition fabrics and prints available specifically for Custom Design customers.
These fabrics will be produced or sourced in limited quantities and, once sold through, will not be restocked.
Wholesale buyers will be able to select a limited-edition fabric and apply it across multiple eligible styles while retaining the same 20-piece total minimum, creating small-run collections that are less likely to appear elsewhere in the market.
